No Purchase Necessary. The Campbell's "Rule the Park Slurpstakes" Sweepstakes & Instant Win Game (the "Promotion") begins at 12:00:01 AM ET 12/17/07 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET 3/17/08 ("Promotion Period").

HOW TO PLAY: Go to www.mySlurp.com anytime during the Promotion Period, and click on the Rule the Park Slurpstakes "Enter Now" button. Complete the registration page including your birth date and parent's e-mail address; then make up your own user "mySlurp" name, and "mySlurp" password. Enter this information in the space provided and click "submit". This will automatically enter you into the random drawing for the Grand Prize and let you play the instant win game (the "Game"). To play the Game, locate the code number on your can and enter it into the code field provided. The code will be available on the bottom of any Campbell’s® condensed soup can, on the end of any SpaghettiOs® pasta; or, for free at www.mySlurp.com during the Promotional Period.

The time of day when you play the Game determines if you are an instant winner. If your Game play is the first to occur on or after a winning Game play time, you win prize indicated, subject to verification. If you win, you will be told online how to claim your prize. All instant win prizes must be claimed by 3/31/08. Limit one instant win Game play per user name per day. Limit one user name per person. Each time you play the Game, you will automatically be entered into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes/Second Chance Drawing. Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error or technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any computer equipment or software, or any combination thereof, or for lost, stolen, late, illegible, misdirected, entries or mail.

Parental Permission: For all entrants, an e-mail will be sent to the parental e-mail address provided upon the entrant’s registration for the site. Parent/legal guardian of the entrant will be given the opportunity to prohibit the entrant from participating in the Promotion by having the entrant’s user name removed. Should a parent or legal guardian request to have an entrant removed from the list of registered users, that entrant will receive a message upon their next log on to the site, stating they are not eligible to play the Game. A parent/legal guardian can prohibit an entrant from playing the Game at any time during the duration of the promotion. A First Prize winning game play will not be validated until Promoter receives a signed original copy of the Parental/Legal Guardian Consent form via US mail or fax (see Rule #7). All other Prize winning game plays will not be validated until parent/legal guardian completes and submits the prize verification form on line. Entrants who are not eligible to play the game will still have access to the remainder of the mySlurp.com website. Parents/guardians of entrants who have questions or concerns regarding Campbell Soup Company’s use of an entrant’s personal information should review Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at www.campbellsoup.com.

Prizes and Odds of Winning:
Seepstakes Prize: (1) Grand Prize: A 7 day/6 night trip for 6 (winner, 3 friends & 2 adults) to Universal Orlando Resort ("Prize Provider"). Trip includes round trip coach air transportation from the major airport closest to the winner's home to Orlando, Florida; Limo transfers to and from Orlando International Airport; 6 nights VIP Club level hotel accommodations (2 adjoining rooms) at the Hard Rock Hotel®; Two-Park unlimited admission tickets to both Universal Studios Florida® and Universal's Islands of Adventure® valid for six (6) days; Exclusive VIP Tour (one day at each park); A Photographer for 2 days; Uniformed Security Guards for 2 days, 2 Welcome baskets/letter; Meal Deal Coupons for 2 days; $100 in Universal Dollars for each child traveling and $2,000 spending money. Approximate Retail Value "ARV" of the Grand Prize is: $16,508. ARV may vary depending on the city of departure. Trip must be taken in August 2008 on dates to be specified by Universal Orlando® Resort. If winner is unable to take trip on dates specified, winner will forfeit the entire prize package. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received. If Grand Prize winner resides in Florida and within 200 miles of Orlando, FL, the airfare portion of the Grand Prize Consumer package is void. Winner will instead receive roundtrip limo transfers to Orlando, FL. Minor traveling companion(s) (if any) not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian must provide parental written consent.
Trip is subject to specific restrictions noted on www.universalorlando.com and at Universal Theme Parks in Orlando, Florida during winner's stay in August 2008. Children under 48" in height must be accompanied by an adult at all times and on all attractions. Appropriate signs are posted to indicate specific height requirements and warnings for certain medical conditions at each attraction location.

Instant Win Prizes: (10) First Prizes: Toshiba Portable 7" DVD Player. ARV: $229.99/each. Odds of winning: 1:50,000. (25) Second Prizes: Audiovox 7" Digital Picture Frame. ARV: $99.99 each. Odds of winning: 1:20,000. (1,000) Third Prizes: 18" Director's Chair. ARV: $60/each. Odds of winning: 1:500. (2,500) Fourth Prizes: One pair of Movie Tickets. ARV: $24/each pair. Odds of winning: 1:200. Total ARV of all instant win prizes offered: $124,799.65. Limit 1 instant prize per person/email address.

Odds of winning any instant win prize are 1:141. Odds based upon an estimate of 500,000 total game plays transacted over the Promotion Period; actual odds of winning will depend upon the number of game plays transacted. Only unclaimed instant win First prizes will be awarded in a second chance drawing (See Rule #6). Unclaimed Second, Third and Fourth prizes will not be awarded. Total ARV of all prizes offered during the Promotion: $141,307.65.

Extra Entries: During the Promotion Period, entrants can earn extra entries in the Grand Prize/Second Chance Drawing. For the purposes of this promotion, a "day" is defined as 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) to 11:59 PM (ET).

Grand Prize Sweepstakes/Second Chance Drawing: On or about 4/18/08, from all eligible entries received, a random drawing will be conducted to award the Grand Prize and any unclaimed instant win First prizes (Second Chance Drawing). The estimated odds of winning are dependent upon the actual number of entries received and the actual number of unclaimed instant win prizes. The sweepstakes drawing is conducted under the supervision of Marden-Kane, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Promotion.

Instant Win Prize Notifications & Claims: All Game winners will receive immediate notification online after they play the Game and are sent a winning message. A copy of the winner notification will also be sent to the parent/legal guardian of winner at the same time requesting that the parent/legal guardian verify the claim and accept the prize on behalf of their child. Parent/legal guardian of winner will be asked to confirm their name and shipping address online. Prizes will be shipped in the name of the parent/legal guardian, to the address indicated on the prize verification form within 6 to 8 weeks after completed verification is received. To claim the First Prize (DVD player) the parent/legal guardian will be asked to complete their on line verification as stated above, but will also be required to print out their winning notification, provide original parent/legal guardian signature where requested and send via U.S. mail to the address or fax to the number provided on their notification. A copy of the online prize notification received by Promoter, without an original parent/legal guardian signature will not be valid to claim the First Prize; therefore, said prize will be forfeited and not awarded. If any letter/e-mail notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. All instant win prize claims must be received by 3/31/08.

Grand and Second Chance Prize Notifications: Grand Prize winner will be notified by parental e-mail and by overnight courier, and will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where legal, Publicity Release. Grand Prize winner will be required to have his/her parent/legal guardian sign the necessary releases on winner’s behalf. Completed documents must be returned within 7 days after issuance of prize notification or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Grand Prize winner and winner’s guests (or parent/legal guardian of minor winner and guests) must execute a Liability/Travel Release and, where legal, Publicity Release prior to the issuance of travel documents. Second Chance sweepstakes winners will be notified by U.S. mail and/or parental e-mail. If any letter/e-mail notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, within an amount of time deemed reasonable by Sponsor.

Prize Restrictions: Limit one of each instant win prize per user name/person. Prizes are non-transferable, no substitutions or cash equivalents allowed, except at the discretion of the Sponsor. Age appropriate prize substitutions may be available for some prizes listed. All prizes will be awarded in the name of the parent/legal guardian. Grand Prize winner and guests will be required to travel together on the same itinerary, and must be available to travel in August 2008 on dates to be specified by Universal Orlando® Resort, or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Taxes, and all other expenses not specified herein, if any, are the responsibility of the winner. Winner and guests are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents required for travel. In the event of a travel advisory, prize details may be subject to change at the Prize Provider’s discretion. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these rules, and consent to use of their names and/or photographs for advertising or publicity purposes without further consideration, except where prohibited by law. Winners release Sponsor, Promoter, Prize Provider, their respective employees, directors, officers and agents, and subsidiary, related, and affiliated companies from any and all claims or liability in connection with participation in this promotion, or acceptance or use or non-use of any prize. No more than the listed number of prizes will be awarded. In the event of an error, or for any other reason, the number of winning Game play notifications for any instant win prize level exceeds the number of instant win prizes listed for that prize level; Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing from among eligible prize claims received to award the listed number of prizes.

Internet: If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of this termination date. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is suspected of tampering with the entry process. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, printing, typographical or other human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrants or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Promotion or downloading any materials in relating to this Promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Entry can only be made via one user name per person. Valid parental email required for each entry. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Eligibility: This promotion is open to legal U.S. residents aged 6 to 15 at the time of entry or Game play. Entrants having a parent or legal guardian who is an employee or agent of Sponsor, Promoter, Prize Provider and their respective subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates and advertising agencies are not eligible to enter. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations.
